A Purdue athlete has a goal of competing in the Olympics next year and he is in a good position to succeed.

Geoff Davis will compete in the USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships representing Purdue in the high jump event on Sunday.

Davis said he is most looking forward to getting the experience.
